B - Translation :

1 - Ma maison n’est pas grande. Il y a un garage à côté de la maison et
il y a un jardin derrière la maison.
2 - Il y a un grand arbre devant la maison.
3 - Il y a beaucoup de pièces dans ma maison. Il y a une cuisine en bas.
4 - Il y a aussi un salon avec une terrasse.
5 - La salle à manger est entre la cuisine et le salon.
6 - Il y a un toilette à côté de l’escalier.
7 - A l’étage, il y a deux chambres, un toilette et une salle de bains. Il y
a aussi le bureau de mon père en face de ma chambre.

G - Instant grammar :
1 - The plural of nouns
Generally, to make a noun plural, add the letter -s to the noun.
Ex. : le stylo = the pen les stylos = the pens
la réponse = the answer les réponses = the answers
If the singular noun ends in -s, -x, -z , it remains unchanged in the
plural.
Ex. : le nez = the nose les nez = the noses
le fils = the son les fils = the sons
If the singular noun ens in -al , change -al to -aux to make it plural
Ex. : l’hôpital = the hôpital les hôpitaux = the hospitals
Le journal = the newspaper les journaux = the newspapers
If the singular noun ends in -eau , add the letter -x to make it
plural
Ex.: le tableau = the painting les tableaux = the paintings
le morceau = the piece les morceaux = the pièces
In some case, the plural form of a noun cannot be obtained by
adding -s or -x to its singular form.
Such nouns have irregular form of plural which must be
memorized.
Ex. : l’œil = the eye les yeux = the eyes
Le ciel = the sky les cieux = the skies
Monsieur = sir messieurs = gentlemen
Madame = Mrs. mesdames = ladies
Mademoiselle = miss mesdemoiselles = Young ladies
